i have this weird rash on my face and upper arms. it looks kind of like acne only there arent any whiteheads or anything. it itches and is all red and blotchey all over my face. my friend says it might be a lack of some kind of vitamins, but idk what. does anyone have any ideas??

its could egzema. i have it but only on my arms and sometimes on my face. you should ask your doctor but mean while try aveeno lotion.
it could be excema caused by an allergic reaction. my baby daughter had it, the pediatrician said the most likely culpret was dairy, i cut out dairy and 4 days later her face was completely clear.
If it has just come on over the last couple of days, it could be an allergic reaction. It certainly sounds like it.
Perhaps try and antihistamine such as clarytin and a perfume free cream like E45 to soothe the itching.
If it is on-going then see your GP as soon as possible.
I used to have a nasty rash on my chin and i gave up milk and now it’s gone. Experiment, stop using certain products or eating certain foods. Especially certain shampoos, conditiioners, milk, nuts etc…..

I had this same exact thing! Get to the doctor and HURRY!!!!!!!!! They call it Mutated Cold Virus and it is VERY contagious and CAN kill you!! I advise you to go to the emergency room right now, especially if you have kids or hang around people alot like a husband!! HURRY!!
