My baby has a rash on hisright leg that are made up of spots that happen to be red and ruff sort of like patchy.What can this be?. Please some one give me advice.

He could have an allergy to your detergent, or if you have pets, pet dander. My sister has twin girls and they are allergic to pets and have a little break-out just like that whenever they go to my brother-in-law’s parents house, as they refuse to put their cat outside while they’re there. My sister uses a medicated lotion that the girls’ doctor prescribed. If you don’t have pets, I would change laundry detergents, remember dreft does have more in it than All free and clear, that’s what my sister uses as her girls’ skin is very sensitive. If that doesnt work, go to your doctor and they should be able to tell you what its from. If it’s not a skin allergy, it could be eczema. If I were you, I would try the detergent switch and def make an appt.. BEST of luck
