My wife and I were having sex last night and while that was happening, I began to feel a minor discomfort on the underside of my penis, towards the base. I chose to ignore it and continue and when we had finished, I had a sore, red rash on the painful area. It has no bumps, it doesn’t itch, and it doesn’t hurt unless touched extensively.
Now, I didn’t shave but it feels a lot like razor burn. I was in contact with a new soap but I don’t ever recall having it on my genitals. Perhaps I got some on my hands and then washed down there unknowingly? And also, I am clean so it is not an STD. Maybe it is a friction rash? Or a simple skin irritation?
If you have any idea, I’d appreciate your input. Thank you.
since u felt it during intercourse, I’d suspect that it’s nothing more than an irritation, which would occur at the time of the insult. An allergy, such as from soap, would take a few days to pop up.
Since you are sure it’s not an STD, I would say it’s just an irritation. Cleanse the area as you usually do, and avoid touching it. If it doesn’t clear up in a few days of a week, I would suggest making a doc appt.
