I am a 14 year old male virgin who has never done anything sexual in his life except for kissing a girl on the lips. About 2-3 weeks ago I got two tiny red bumps on my penis shaft that then became a little bigger and look like small red pimples. They have stayed the same size, color, and have not gone away. I then started getting a lot of tiny red bumps/pimples all around my penis head. They then turned into one big red rash all around my penis head. The rash went away within 2-3 days later. About 1-2 weeks later I started getting the same little red bumps/pimples and right now I still have them. So far they are the same tiny size. I clean my genital area frequently, so hygiene isn’t the problem. I have also been getting lower abdominal pain mostly on my lower right abdomen. I have also felt a stinging and stinging sensation on my penis while sitting down, walking, and standing up. I also sometimes get this white sperm-like discharge. Can this be genital herpes?

I know you don’t want to hear this. Doctor time my friend! You could’ve picked something up from a public washroom or something along those lines. The fact that you have abdominal pain is also of concern.

This sounds like a fungal infection ( like thrush). It’s absolutely nothing to worry about. It’s a bacteria that occurs naturally in the body and sometimes causes an infection in certain areas. You can get it in any warm damp part of the body ( so the genitals and mouth are equally susceptible).
It might be a bit embarrassing for you but go to your doctor who will give you some antibiotics to clear this up) Your doctor will see this several times a week and it’s really nothing to worry about.
I really don’t know it might just be a rash or allergy to something, i would definatley get to the doctor as soon as you can and get it treated before it gets worse! Good luck with your penis!
Ah the innocence of youth. Is your hair starting to grow down there. You could also be suffering from whats commonly called blue balls. Your starting to create sperm in your testicles, if it doesn’t get released your balls will swell. The discharge is precome, sort of like a wet dream. Maybe you are also metro. If you shave you will get the red bumps. I suggest you take the mater into your own hands and I mean litterally. Release the tension and the abdomin will probably quit hurting. Its not a sin either an you won’t go blind.
Doesn’t sound like herpes. The rash could be some kind of allergic reaction or irritation. Are you masturbating with any oils or lotions? Washing too much soap? Regardless, you most likely have some kind of urinary infection. Anytime your having pain and/or discharge, go see a doctor asap. Sometimes people get staff infections in the urinary tract. You need to take this seriously.
i am in the same situation…….i saw the comment about masturbating with certain lotions and just before these red blisters (things) appeared on my penis i masturbated using a cream that i found in my bathroom….could my blisters be a result of the cream or could i possibly have genital herpes (although i’m a virgin and had only reached as far as kissing girls)???
