I am a 14 year old male virgin who has never done anything sexual in his life except for kissing a girl on the lips. About 3 weeks to a month ago I started noticing tiny red pimples/bumps on my penis shaft. They then got bigger and have stayed the same size for about 2 weeks or more. After I got those, I started getting even smaller tiny pimples/bumps but this time all around my penis head. They then turned into one big red rash that went away in about 2-3 days. The bumps on my penis shaft did not go away though and are still the same size and color. There are other little bumps around my penis shaft but are barely visible. About 1-2 weeks after the rash went away I got and still have a lot of tiny red and barely visible pimples/bumps all around my penis head. Can this be genital herpes?
