Randomly, my breasts will start to itch, especially underneath (they're large) and on the sides. The rash is dark red, splotchy, only very slightly raised, and comes quickly, but leaves very slowly. I'll scratch for a second and it will ...

I just noticed a strange blotchy, bumpy red rash on the top of my hand... near my wrist... but it does not itch. I have been washing my hands alot lately... could this be a result of that? If not ...
