Sounds like a Sexually Transmitted Disease. Stay away from it and get him to the doctor ASAP.
It could be herpes or genital warts which are both VERY contagious. You get herpes from having sex with someone who has it, same with genital warts. He should go to a doctor and you should be very careful.
If it looks like a blister, and it is painful, it’s herpes. There is no cure, as the herpes virus “hides” in protected nerve endings. You may take an antiviral to decrease outbreaks, but there is no cure.
