   Hi Tim

   It sounds like an allergy to the chemicals in the swimming pool water. Get some Canestan and put it on the tip of your penis but make sure none goes inside.

   Hope its not a rash!

   A poorly maintained swimming pool usually does not have enough chlorine in it. In such pools use brings organic matter into the water to combine with the insufficient chlorine. What is left is smelly, CHLORINE SMELL, and affects mucus membranes, eyes, nose, throat and likely your johnson. These combined chlorine can be removed by super chlorinating or shocking the pool raising CL by 10x and burning off all the combined chlorine leaving the pool clean clear non smelling and blue.

   Keep an eye on it and it will perhaps heal in several days otherwise have your doctor look at it.
